100 word challenge, Rwandan Review

Rwanda; a country haunted by an age of genocide and destruction.  Thought to have lost its allure, travellers are now re-discovering the countrys magnetism once again.

After witnessing Rwanda’s captivating beauty for myself, I have become infatuated by its luscious countryside’s and bustling cities.

A holiday spent bartering for goods and reeling off Africa’s big five at The Akagera National Park, I was hooked.  Reliving the life of Dian Fossey, I clambered about the Sabyinyo range in search of the notoriously rare mountain gorillas.  Confronted by an alarmingly close silverback and playful infant littering the surrounding jungle, I was enraptured by a truly remarkable country making quite a comeback!
